Shipping

• All items are made to order. Embroidery production takes 7–14 business days before shipping.
  
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
  
• Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  
• Please double-check your address—orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.
  
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos for a free replacement.
  
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Cancellations

• Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund missing packages. For items lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier.
